Our experience takes across a variety of sites including smaller and self build projects where can manage 100 plots down to a single house.   We work directly with the clients at different stages to ensure compliance with Building Regulations (Part F) at design and delivery of that design on site.

Check out some of the projects we have been involved with below;

James Court by Beverley Homes

James Court is a stylish development of 24 two bedroom luxury apartments within 5 minutes walk of Cuffley mainline station with access to London Kings Cross and Moorgate.

We worked directly with Beverley Homes to design the ventilation strategy for James Court.  The site was located close to a railway line so an acoustic planning requirement needed to be met in addition to the standard ventilation requirements for Part F of the Building Regulations.

We supplied, installed and commissioned a scheme which comprised 24 MEV (Central Extract) ventilation systems and purge ventilation via inline fans (in a low profile ceiling void).  We also liaised with Building Control to ensure full compliance against planning requirements.

Pentoville Road by Regal Homes

King’s Cross Quarter is a collection of 119 luxury homes, beautifully designed to the highest standard by London Developer Regal Homes.   The new build development is set in the heart of London, situated minutes from renowned King’s Cross St Pancras station and the Angel Islington.

We worked with Regal Homes to deliver a ventilation strategy suitable for the the homes and location.  We supplied, installed and commissioned 119 MVHR – Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery systems across the mix of 1, 2, and 3 bed apartments.  The project also involved some innovative thinking and bespoke components due to the use of multiple materials on the external facades.  We worked with the developer to design a range of external terminations that would ensure ventilation performance was achieved and that kept with the aesthetic design of the building.

Mill Lane – Self Build

Mill Lane was a large individual self build project with outstanding design features and a focus on energy performance and comfort.  We worked with both the architect and owner of the house to design an effective, year round ventilation strategy that met the objectives of the property and the occupants.

With such a large floor area, multiple systems were required.  We designed and installed a system which consisted 4 heat recovery ventilation systems integrated a comfort cooling system that can provide between 2-6KW of cooling capacity ( Zehnder ComforAir and Zehnder ComfoCool).  This system is specifically designed as one system and suitable for highly efficient dwellings where there may be a risk of overheating.
